Please complete the evaluation form provided during your visit and return to Melbourne Zoo, Werribee Open Range Zoo or Healesville Sanctuary. This will help us in continuing to provide and improve on your experience with Zoos Victoria.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of discovery sessions must be made at least three working days prior to the visit otherwise a cancellation fee of $100 will be invoiced to the school.

The cancellation fee will be waived in the event of inclement weather or if the booking is rescheduled to another date.
