Group Discounts and Pre-paid Tickets

Group discounts are available when pre-purchasing in excess of 20 adult tickets.

 20-49 Adult Tickets: 10% discount $21.15
 50 and over Adult Tickets: 20% discount $18.80

Please note the discount rate applies to the adult category only, although pre-purchasing is available for all ticket types.

Pre-paid tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, effective as of Monday 14 January 2007. Ticket orders can be made direct from Melbourne Zoo or over the phone via credit card or cheque (personal cheques are not accepted), Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm only.

Gift Tickets

A ticket to the Zoo is an ideal gift for Christmas, birthdays and other special occasions.

Pre-purchased tickets are valid for use anytime between 9am-5pm. Please phone Zoo Reception on (03) 9285 9300 for more information.

Disability Action Plan

We are aware of our legal requirement to have a disability action plan in place. Furthermore, we appreciate the importance of having one in place to promote positive outcomes for people with a disability. We are in the process of developing our first disability action plan and will publish it here shortly.
