Raising Rhino

Get up close and personal to one of Werribee Open Range Zoo’s magnificent male Southern White Rhinos.

Discover the challenges of breeding this threatened species and enjoy a guided safari tour through the lower savannah where you will find rhinos, giraffes, zebras and antelopes grazing on a picturesque river flood plain.

Raising Rhino tours depart every weekend and on public holidays. Additional weekday tours are available for groups by request.
