Program description
Zoos Victoria is passionate about engaging and inspiring future leaders in conservation science. There are a number of different tertiary options that we offer at our zoo
1. Pedagogy in Practice
Give your pre-service students a ‘peek under the hood,’ of education at the Zoo. Our Zoo Teachers will take your students through one of our programs to explicitly model and explain the how and why we deliver education at Healesville Sanctuary. Your students will have an opportunity to experience and learn what pedgaogy looks like in practice.
Once we receive your booking, we will work with you to develop an Education program that will best meet your students’ needs.
2. Self-guided
Explore the Sanctuary at a pace that suits your class. Available at all four zoos.
