If you are a journalist working for a media outlet, please email your enquiry to media@zoo.org.au and one of our team will respond.

Zoos Victoria uses industry resources to keep our media contacts database up to date. Please email media@zoo.org.au if you’d like to be added.

Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to student requests for interviews, photography or filming. However, students are able to use the resources available on our website and social media channels with appropriate attribution.

It is a condition of zoo entry that any filming by visitors is for personal use only and not for commercial gain or publicity. Any media outlets or production companies wanting to film must contact media@zoo.org.au

All images and videos on our website are the copyright of Zoos Victoria or used with permission from the original copyright-holder. Please email media@zoo.org.au to seek permission before using any images or videos we have published online along with the specific purpose and audience of your intended usage.

Any enquiries about marketing or paid advertising can be directed to marketing@zoo.org.au. Any enquiries about corporate partnerships can be directed to contact@zoo.org.au

As a not-for-profit conservation organisation we too rely on the generosity of other businesses and people, however we do have limited capacity to help other organisations with their fundraising activities each year. Please email contact@zoo.org.au with your request for more information.
