Vote for the name of Tree Kangaroo joey
Zoo Members, help us name our Tree Kangaroo joey!
Healesville Sanctuary has welcomed one adorable Goodfellow’s Tree Kangaroo joey into the world, and we need your help on choosing its name.
As this joey has a striking resemblance to its mother, Mani, we have chosen names stating with 'M', each inspired by towns in Papua New Guinea. Take a look at the options below and cast your vote for the name you love the most.
Plus, one lucky entrants will get a chance to win an exclusive behind-the-scenes Tree Kangaroo experience!
More about the prize
One lucky winner and their guest will join our keepers for an exclusive behind-the-scenes Tree Kangaroo experience as they perform their morning service in the habitat where Mani and the joey live. Depending on the day, this might include weighing, recall training or placing enrichment. You’ll have the chance to ask questions about Tree Kangaroos and learn about our breeding program.
Then enjoy the rest of the day at the Sanctuary, including a complimentary coffee made from our sustainably sourced Coffee for Wildlife beans at the Harvest Café.
